Automatically recorded data when visiting our website / use of cookies

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small units of data that your web browser stores on your computer.

COOKIES

Our website uses cookies to assist with the use of the site. Cookies are small units of data that your web browser stores on your computer. They are necessary for the use of our website. We use cookies to better understand how our website is used. Cookies also improve your browsing experience. Cookies help us determine, for example, whether a page on our website has already been viewed. Cookies can also tell us whether you have visited our website before or whether you are a new visitor. The cookies we use do not store personal data and do not otherwise collect individually identifying information. If you do not wish to use cookies, configure your web browser to delete all cookies from your computer's hard drive, block all cookies, or warn you before a cookie is stored.

Cookies we use

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses a specially formatted cookie, a text file stored on your computer, which is used to analyse your behaviour on the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the United States.

Google uses this information on our behalf to analyse the use of our website, compile reports on website activity and provide further services related to website and internet use to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser to Google Analytics is not combined with any other data held by Google. You can prevent cookies from being stored by adjusting your browser settings. You can also prevent Google from collecting and processing the data generated by the cookie relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser add-on available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. Google AdWords

This website uses Google AdWords, Google's analytics service, and conversion tracking, which is part of Google AdWords. Here is how it works: when you see an ad displayed by Google, Google AdWords stores a cookie on your computer's hard drive for conversion tracking purposes ("conversion tracking cookie"). Such cookies expire after 30 days and do not enable personal identification. If you visit certain pages on our website, we and Google recognise that you have clicked on an ad and have been redirected to that page.

The information obtained through conversion tracking cookies is used to generate statistics for AdWords customers who use conversion tracking. Through these statistics, we can determine the total number of users who have clicked on a Google-displayed ad and been directed to a page via a conversion tracking tag.

We also use Google Analytics to analyse AdWords data and all DoubleClick cookies for statistical purposes. If you do not want this to happen, you can disable the analysis via Ads Settings (https://www.google.com/settings/u/0/ads?hl=en).

We reach users who have already visited our website through Google's remarketing feature. We can, for example, display advertising to audiences who have already shown interest in our products or services. In addition, AdWords infers shared interests and characteristics of our website users based on user behaviour on websites in the Google Display Network over the previous 30 days, using a content-based search engine. Based on this information, AdWords seeks new customers for marketing purposes whose interests and characteristics are similar to those of our current website users. Audience-targeted remarketing is carried out through the combined use of cookies, such as Google Analytics cookies and Google DoubleClick cookies.

Further information on the terms of use and privacy policy for Google AdWords data can be found at https://www.google.fi/policies/technologies/ads/.

Google DoubleClick

We use the Google DoubleClick feature on our website to evaluate website usage and to enable Google and other partners working with DoubleClick to display personalised advertising to you. For this purpose, a cookie is installed on your computer's hard drive. These cookies assign an anonymous identification number to your web browser and record information about the advertising displayed in your browser. The information generated by the cookie about website usage is generally transferred to and stored on a Google server in the United States. Your browser is informed of categories related to your interests, based on the data collected. These categories are used to display interest-based advertisements.

In addition to changing your web browser settings, you can also permanently disable the DoubleClick cookie using a browser extension. The extension retains the browser opt-out setting even if you delete all cookies. You can obtain a browser extension that permanently blocks cookies here.

By using our website, you consent to the installation of the DoubleClick cookie and to the storage and use of the usage data it collects in the manner described above and for the purposes set out therein. You also consent to your data being stored in cookies beyond the browsing session and being used, for example, during your next visit to the site. You may withdraw this consent at any time in the future by deleting the DoubleClick cookie and permanently disabling its use.

Contact, request further information, withdraw, block, delete

You may at any time and free of charge object to the use of your personal data, request its partial or complete deletion or blocking, or request disclosure or correction of the information we hold about you. No specific form is required for this purpose. You may, for example, write to us by email or use the contact form available on our website.
